Our headquarters are in Poland, but depending on the current projects and local regulations we provide our services as Radioline branch entities located in the country where we deliver ICT services. Before we founded Radioline, we have been working for Telecom Operators (MNOs) as employees in technical departments / field maintenance, network operations and supervision services. As our prior professional experience is strongly related with that areas, thus we have strong understanding of standards, procedures and know how to successfully operate in field, remote operations and network optimization areas.

New Sites
Building a New Site is a multi-stage process. Radioline handles all major steps in that process, starting from earthworks, through foundation preparation, tower/container assembly and technology installation and integration.

Network SWAP
Depending on Your needs and the scope of services for which You are looking for a contractor, Radioline will provide comprehensive implementation of the Project in accordance with the assumed KPIs and project scope.
The installation process will be carried out in respect to the technological guidelines of the MNO / Vendor.
We often handle pre-SWAP projects, e.g. modernization of the transmission network, where preparing for the network capacity change, before starting the actual SWAP phase itself. During SWAP we will take care about preparation of steel structures, handle equipment SWAP (including technologies, antenna systems, MWs, power supply systems).
Equipment SWAPs in the MNOs Access Network are the type of operations in which we are involved constantly and consistently.
For the time of the Project, Radioline's PMO will assist You at every stage of the project implementation, and will ensure that Your project goals are achieved on time and with the highest quality standards and with adequate efficiency. We will also manage an equipment stock and handle deinstalled equipment in accordance with Your guidelines.
