Services

The founders of Radio Line began their professional careers within MNO operator structures in Poland, where they had been involved in building mobile networks since 2001, working across maintenance operations, network supervision, and RAN/CORE systems integration. This experience forms the core of Radio Line and gives us a deep understanding of the standards, procedures, and expertise required for the effective execution of field services, remote activities, and network optimization.

New Sites

New Sites

Building a “New Site” is a multi-stage process. Radio Line assists in all key phases — from civil works and foundation preparation to tower/mast assembly, shelter installation, technology deployment, and final site integration.

If you are planning a new site deployment, contact us — we will be pleased to present a detailed offer.

Network SWAP

Technology SWAP

Depending on the project scope and requirements, we support both small-scale and large-scale technology SWAP projects, including site modernization, in line with agreed KPIs and project milestones.

We also support SWAP preparations phases, such as transmission network upgrades required to prepare for future capacity changes. During SWAP execution, we are responsible for steel structure preparation and equipment replacement, including RAN technologies, antenna systems, microwave links, and power systems.

Antenna Systems

Antenna Systems

Comprehensive network coverage is now essential for mobile services. The development of 5G, LTE, IoT, WiFi, and other technologies requires increasingly complex antenna systems and top-quality installation standards.

Whether the project concerns a tower, building, shopping mall, office complex, or a special-purpose facility, Radio Line delivers advanced antenna projects ranging from large-scale sophisticated antenna systems to smaller installations for key customers.

Transmission Networks

Transmission Networks

At the beginning of its operations, Radio Line focused primarily on the installation and integration of MW links — which is where our name comes from. That is why we remain highly committed to projects where transmission network expansion is part of the scope.

We have worked with numerous MW product lines, including Ericsson, Huawei, ALU/Nokia, Eclipse, and many others.

Civil Works

Civil Works

We have experience both in the construction of new sites and in the modernizing of existing locations with additional structures.

Whether you are planning a network SWAP, a capacity expansion, or new site construction, Radio Line can manage the entire process from start to the end.

Climate Goals

Radio Line Group implements a strategy for reducing environmental impact in a way adapted to the dynamic development of its activities. Our environmental goals have been designed to support responsible growth, improve operational efficiency and develop an emissions monitoring system.

Priority

Efficiency Over Declarations

Goals take into account the development of the group's activities and the growth of operational scale. This means focusing on improving efficiency indicators, rather than solely on absolute values.

20%by 2030

Better CO2e Emission Efficiency per Employee

We focus on improving the intensity indicator of emissions while simultaneously developing the scale of operations.

15%by 2030

Improved Fuel Efficiency of the Fleet

We want to reduce fuel consumption through better route planning, vehicle selection, and organization of field operations.

20%by 2030

Better Energy Efficiency per Employee

Our priority is to reduce the energy consumption of office and operational activities without compromising operational effectiveness.

2026implementation

Scope 3 Emissions Reporting

We are expanding our reporting system to include indirect emissions across our value chain.

Context

Growth of Activities and Environmental Responsibility

Radio Line Group is expanding its operations in an operational environment that requires mobility, field work, and high resource availability. Therefore, our environmental goals are based on efficiency indicators that allow measuring real improvements in operational quality.

This approach enables simultaneous scaling of activities and reduction of environmental impact intensity. As a result, business development and environmental responsibility remain consistent.

2026

Building the Reporting Foundation

Implementation of monitoring for scope 3 emissions and organization of environmental data for future analysis and operational decisions.

2030

Realization of Efficiency Goals

Achievement of the targeted improvements in emission, fuel, and energy indicators while accounting for the growth of the group's operational scale.

Intensity Indicators

We present our goals as intensity indicators per employee or fleet, ensuring they reflect real operational efficiency.

Approach Adequate to Growth

Development of activities and growth in the number of projects do not exclude improvement in environmental efficiency - precisely for this reason we focus on the quality of growth.

Regular Progress Review

Goals will be periodically verified in light of business development, data availability, and operational changes in the organization.
